I've been a client of Mediconet for many years. Why did I choose private care, even if I pay public health contributions (and not small ones) ? I work as a top manager and unfortunately the time I need to spend with the doctor is often limited. At MEDICONET, I didn't meet the fact that if I needed to, I wouldn't get an appointment, even an emergency. The front desk staff welcomes you with a smile, which you can see not only in person, but also on the phone. Personally, I went through an unpleasant medical situation earlier this year, and the professional care and excellent diagnosis of MUDr. Barbara Galbiati accelerated my early recovery. The team of doctors who take care of you is really great. Not only with a professional approach, but also with a human approach. It can listen to you, explain the cause of the problem and suggest treatment so that you, as a layman, understand it.

It is a miracle these days to meet such kind and willing people who are determined to help and the word "cannot" does not exist. This is primarily in the management of the clinic. After many months when I had eye problems, I wandered on the Internet and suddenly discovered your clinic MEDICONET Already at the first phone contact I was very pleasantly surprised with the actions of your then colleague Saška and I immediately booked the term. This feeling didn't disappoint me even when examined by your eye doctor. On a personal visit to your clinic, I obtained information about your services and possibilities. Since it's more convenient for me to have everything under one roof, I immediately decided on your clinic. I must say unequivocally that I am always surprised by the helpfulness, kindness and willingness of your co-workers, be it Mrs. Dr. Galbiati, who has helped and advised me a lot, or by other doctors and medical staff. Sometimes just a short chat and advice is enough and you just feel like you're not bothering anyone with your problems. I'm so glad you are, for which I thank you very much.
