The Questionnaire of Client Satisfaction

The main aim of our medical centre is to increase the level of health care quality and also improve a communication between employers of the clinic and our patients. We try to re-evaluate comments and proposals which we are receiving regularly and according to our competencies we are applying them into a daily practice. We would appreciate if you fill in this questionnaire which means you help us to increase the level of quality service not just toward to you but also toward to other patients.

For re-evaluating of every single parts we would kindly ask you to use a scoring system from 1 up to 10 (10 gives the highest mark). How much are you satisfied with the services provided by Mediconet?
